JFK ranks in top 5% in Ohio schools

John F. Kennedy Catholic High School has been ranked the 53rd best school on a list of top academic schools in an analysis of the March 2010 Ohio Graduation Test.
The independent analysis was conducted by Gerber Analytics.
The report is titled “The Top Academic Ohio High Schools, 2010.” This type of analysis is the only one of its kind since it examined all of Ohio’s public, private and charter schools together.
There were 1,018 schools included in the analysis of data supplied by the Ohio Department of Education.
The analysis of 2010 OGT test scores indicates that John F. Kennedy Catholic High School is in the top 5 percent of schools in the state of Ohio.
Furthermore, it is the highest ranked school in Trumbull, Mahoning, Columbiana and Stark counties and the only school in the Diocese of Youngstown to earn this recognition.
