Nov. 22

Criminal damaging: A metal mailbox was damaged at a home in the 600 block of Wilcox Road.

Theft: A personal check was reported stolen and cashed by a woman, taken from her husband at a home in the 2000 block of Frostwood Drive. The couple is divorcing.

Fraud: Unauthorized charges and fraudulent checks were reported at a home in the 2000 block of Ansel Court.

Theft: Three cell phones that had been taken by a student were recovered at Austintown Middle School.

Theft: A television was reported stolen at the TA Travel Center, 5400 Seventy-Six Drive.

Burglary: Jewelry and underwear were stolen at a home in the 30 block of DeHoff Drive.

Breaking and entering: A vacant house was entered and copper stolen in the 100 block of S. Raccoon Road.

Nov. 23

Burglary: There was no forced entry and nothing was taken in a burglary at a home in the 30 block of S. Beverly Ave.

Bench Warrant: Police arrested David Collins, 27, 7170 Locust Drive, Boardman on a warrant for failure to appear on a criminal damaging charge.

Recovered property: Money was found on the squad room floor at the police station.

Telecommunications harassment: Calls were being made by an unknown caller at a home in the 4000 block of Westchester Drive.

Forgery: Forged checks were cashed at Bill’s Place, 4771 Mahoning Ave.

Warrant: Lindsey Coakley, 22, 825 Prospect St., Warren, was arrested on a warrant for telephone harassment.

Warrant: Douglas Measmer, 53, 3425 Briarwood Ave.,Youngstown, was arrested on a warrant for receiving stolen property.

Nov. 24

Theft: A wallet was taken from an unlocked vehicle in the 1000 block of Fountain Square.

Recovered property: A purse was left behind at Dunkin Donuts, 1123 Niles-Canfield Road and the victim contacted the police department to secure it.

Theft: A 47-inch television was taken by a woman who used a fire escape door at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: A mailbox was stolen at a home in the 6000 block of Bay Meadow Court.

Theft: A purse was stolen from a parking lot and money was taken at Giant Eagle, 5220 Mahoning Ave.

Lost or stolen plate: An Ohio license plate was reported lost or stolen at an unknown location.

Nov. 25

Theft: A diamond ring was taken at a home in the 100 block of N.Navarre.

Recovered property: A cell phone was recovered at Pilot Oil, 1150 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

Breaking and entering: Couch cushions and a quilt were taken from Ralph’s Cuts, 4249 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: A ladies’ purse was reported stolen at Kmart, 4475 Mahoning Ave., but later found at her home.

Theft: Clothing and children’s toys were stolen from an auto in the 4000 block of Viall Road.

Menacing: Text threats were reported at a home in the 100 block of N. Navarre Ave.

Nov. 26

Burglary: John Orazi, 38,homeless, was arrested at the Westgate Motel for a burglary at a home in the 20 block of S. Roanoke Ave.

Theft: An Ohio license plate was stolen from an auto at a home in the 4000 block of S. Warwick Drive.

Criminal damaging: A windshield on a vehicle was damaged at a home in the 600 block of Wyndclift Circle.

Fraud: Unauthorized charges were made to a victim’s account at a home in the 7000 block of New Road.

Theft: A male suspect stole money from a wallet at Walmart.

Resisting arrest: Randy Dittmer ,51, Grove Road, Cadiz, was arrested on charges of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and assaulting a police officer at Pilot Oil, 1150 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

Nov. 27

Assault: An unknown male assaulted an employee at the Go-Go Cabaret, 5455 Clarkins Road.

Theft: A cell phone was stolen at Salvatore’s, 4831 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: A stereo and speakers were stolen from an auto in the 5000 block of Cranberry Drive.

Criminal damaging: A man punched out a window at a home in the 200 block of S. Inglewood Ave.

Theft: A cell phone was stolen from a coat pocket at Walmart.

Theft: Two males are suspects in a theft of energy drinks and an ice cream bar at Sheetz, 5499 Mahoning Ave.

Nov. 28

Drug offense: Steven O’Hara, 31, 1691 Larchmont Ave., ,Warren was issued a summons for possession of marijuana at the Go-Go Cabaret, 5455 Clarkins Drive.

Theft: A radio was stolen from an auto at Patrick’s Service, 58 N. Meridian Road.

Vandalism: A roof was damaged at a home in the 1000 block of Lancaster Drive.

Criminal damaging: A house window was damaged in the 4000 block of Burgett Lane.
