Lotto winner is from Warren

Constance C. Davis of Warren won $50,000 after having one of two tickets that matched all five numbers drawn in the Ohio Lottery’s Dec. 8 $100,000 Rolling Cash 5 game.

After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, Davis receives a check for $34,500.

Using auto lotto, she purchased the ticket from Convenient Food Mart, 1409 Elm Road in Warren. The winning numbers were 2-3-14-26-30. Convenient Food Mart receives a $500 agent bonus for selling a winning ticket. Holder of the other winning ticket sold at CD Food Mart in Massillon has not come forward to claim their prize. CD Food Mart also receives a $500 agent bonus for selling a five-of-five winning ticket.
