Greene-Soich wedding to be January event

SARASOTA, FLA.

The engagement of Sarah Marie Greene of Sarasota and Thomas Matthew Soich of Riverview, Fla., and plans for their upcoming marriage are being announced by her parents, Dr. Kevin and Jodi McGaharan of Sarasota.

Parents of the future groom are Dianne and Mark Phillips of Poland and Thomas G. Soich of Boardman.

The bride-elect, also a daughter of the late Edward Greene, graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in communication. She is employed at Home Shopping Network in St. Petersburg, Fla.

The prospective groom graduated from Youngstown State University with a degree in business administration. He is a medical claims adjuster with Progressive Insurance.

The couple have planned a wedding for 6 p.m. Jan. 15 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Sarasota. Invitations will be issued for their reception at The Chelsea Center at St. Thomas More.
