Youngstown parking ban for snow removal goes into effect Tuesday

YOUNGSTOWN — The city has declared a snow emergency effective at 1 a.m. Tuesday until further notice.

Parking is prohibited on all streets, except streets or alleys having a width of 25 feet or less, and providing no driveway facilities. Those in violation will be towed at the owner’s expense.
