CANFIELD
Hawaii was the honeymoon destination of Corey O’Neil Richards and his bride, the former Amber Christine Kocher, after their wedding on Oct. 16 at Canfield Presbyterian Church and reception at Avion on the Water Banquet Center.
The Rev. Larry Bowald officiated at the 1:30 p.m. ceremony for the daughter of Dale and Jeanette Kocher of Poland and the son of Daniel Richards and Shannon Richards, both of Canfield.
Allure embroidery and Swarovski crystals adorned the bride’s satin ball gown. It featured a plunging inverted halter neckline, a fitted bodice and a cathedral train.
Red gowns were worn by Lauren Kocher, the honor attendant, and the bridesmaids, Tiffany Morales; Jennifer Graber, the bride’s cousin; Trisha Minnie; Shannon Vodhanel; Katie Russo; and Kristen Stanyard. Flower girls were Cheyanne DelleVelle and Mia Morales.
Serving as best man was the groom’s son, Trenten Richards, and groomsmen were Garrett Richards, a brother of the groom; Ed Black; Michael Pattoray; William Stouffer; Jason Vodhanel; Jerry Mariotti; and Brad Cook.
Ushers were the bride’s brother Christopher Kocher, and Michael Lisko, Tyler Opre and Brian Tybor.
Mrs. Richards graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration-finance and economics, and from Kent State University with a master’s in business administration-corporate strategy. She is a private banker at First Place Bank.
Mr. Richards is vice president of investments with JP Morgan Chase Bank in Poland. He graduated from YSU with a bachelor’s degree in business administration-finance and economics.
