Boil advisory in the city of Canfield until noon Tuesday

CANFIELD — The city has issued a precautionary boil order for residents on Skyline Drive until noon Tuesday. The city experienced a waterline break on Skyline Drive. Therefore, it is advised that residents boil water vigorously for at least one minute.

This includes any water used for drinking, including water to make ice, cooking and oral hygiene. The city has no evidence that the water system was contaminated, but are advising residents to use this precautionary measure.
