Included in the agency’s $24.7 million 2011 budget are direct-service contracts that represent a net decrease of $281,750 compared with calendar year 2010. Among the larger contracts:

Advanced Rehab Management: Doing business as TuDor Rehabilitation, occupational therapy, $80,000, and physical therapy, $80,000.

Burdman Group Inc.: Vocational programming for adult services clients, $175,000.

Canfield Occupational Therapy: Occupational therapy services for school-age children at Leonard Kirtz School, $50,000.

Easter Seals: Adult day services, $55,500.

Gateways to Better Living: Adult day services, $37,000.

Help Hotline Inc.: Guardianship services for indigent developmentally disabled individuals as directed by Probate Court, $48,000; payeeship services, acting as financial payee for developmentally disabled adults at $17.50 per client per month, $5,000; 24-hour crisis intervention and information/referral services, $3,900.

Iron & String Life Enhancement (ISLE): Doing business as the Purple Cat, adult day services programs, $129,500.

MASCO Inc. General Agreement and Client Aide Program: Oversight of the client employment, payroll, and client activities program at the MCBDD Bev and Meshel workshops and the Javit Court Seniors Program, $275,000.

Oakwood Counseling Center Inc.: Psychological evaluations and counseling services, $30,000.

Special Olympics of Mahoning County: Support of athletic programs for developmentally disabled individuals, $5,000.

ARC of Ohio Northeast Branch: Support of recreational activities programs, $7,700; and organizing Families, Guardians and Advocates conference in 2011, $10,000.

Transit Services Inc.: Transportation services for developmentally disabled individuals, $310,000.

Turning Point Residential Inc.: Adult day services programming, $74,000.

Youngstown City Schools ABLE program: Adult reading development, $10,600.
