The Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County Board of Trustees, Services and Personnel Committee, 12:30 p.m., in the Gibson Room of the Youngstown Club, 201 E. Commerce St. Purpose: Discuss succession planning and contracts that expire in 2011. This meeting will include an executive session.
