CANTON — Well, that didn’t take long.
Ursuline scored another touchdown to extend its lead to 22-7, taking up only 29 seconds in the second quarter.
A third member of the Fighting Irish has reached the end zone. This time, junior wide receiver Anthony Davis lined up at the tailback position and took a Paul Kempe handoff 46 yards for the score.
Coldwater fielded the ensuing kickoff at the 1-yard line, but is driving. A pass interference call against the Fighting Irish has the Cavaliers at their own 30 with 10:27 left in the half.
