Leo E. Hooper, 30, of West Warren Avenue, Youngstown, aggravated menacing.

Michael P. Higgins, 35, of East Liverpool, robbery.

Clifford Ross, 35, of North Garland Avenue, Youngstown, aggravated burglary, kidnapping, robbery, felonious assault, and two counts of menacing by stalking with gun specifications, and illegal gun possession.

Lawrence Hill, 34, of Illinois Avenue, Youngstown, assault.

Lindsey C. Pugh, 22, of Mulberry Run, Mineral Ridge, receiving stolen property.

John Mendez, 37, of Imperial Street, Youngstown, cocaine possession and trafficking.

Bradley Bowlin, 29, of Harrison Avenue, Salem, vandalism.

Charles Winphrie, 18, of Shehy Street, receiving stolen property.

Isaiah Calloway, 25, and Jerrod Ryan LeMasters, 31, both of New Philadelphia, heroin trafficking.

Brian Simmons, 19, of Crandall Avenue, Youngstown, receiving stolen property.

Walter Kornegay, 25, of Catalina Avenue, Youngstown, burglary.

Richard Infante, 40, of Wade Avenue, Niles, cocaine possession.

Theodore P. Grzejka, 25, of Drummond Avenue, Hubbard, felonious assault.

Dreaone Fox, 24, of Grenada Avenue, Youngstown, improperly handling a gun in a motor vehicle.

Sandra Freckleton, 42, of Leffingwell Road, Berlin Center, theft.

Stephanie Davis, 30, of Spring Street, Struthers, theft.

Tiffany S. Black, 21, of Hilton Avenue, Youngstown, felonious assault.
