St. Charles to host Advent Brunch

An annual Ladies Advent Brunch will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Charles Parish Social Hall, 7345 Westview Drive.

Table hostesses will provide table settings for eight and the committee will provide a common centerpiece signifying unity. At this year’s event Dr. Melinda Smith will present a spiritual message on St. Joseph and his perspective about having a young wife giving birth to the Messiah.

Brunch will be served by the men of the parish, and proceeds will be donated to the Dorothy Day House.
