Export seminar set at YSU

YOUNGSTOWN
The office of U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown, a Democrat from Avon, will host the Northeast Ohio Export Seminar Series, which includes a Tuesday stop in Youngstown.
The Youngstown visit is from 8 to 11:30 a.m. at Youngstown State University’s Williamson College of Business Administration, Conference Center Rooms 3422 and 3423.
The programs are designed for companies interested in growing their businesses through global market development.
The seminars will highlight government programs and tools that help companies increase exports and enter new markets around the world.
Brown’s office will have a staff representative at the event.
Other organizations par- ticipating in the event include the International Trade Assistance Network, Ohio Department of Development Global Markets Division, U.S. Commercial Service, U.S. Small Business Administration, Export-Import Bank of the United States, and local economic development groups.
