David and Christine (Rance) Dozier of Falls Church, Va., are announcing the birth of a daughter, Maria Almaza, on Aug. 20 at Inova Alexandria Hospital in Alexandria, Va. Grandparents of the infant are Victoria Rance of Canfield and Diane and Roy Hartlaub of Nokesville, Va.
