“Oklahoma,SDRq at Trumbull New Theatre, 5883 Youngstown-Warren Road, Niles. Auditions will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday. Be prepared with a song from “Oklahoma.” Provide sheet music if singing something else. Cast requirements: three females, age 18-40; two males, age 18-35 and large chorus of adults and some children age 9 and up. Requires singing, acting and dancing. “Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street,SDRq at East Palestine Community Theater, 30 N. Market St., East Palestine. Auditions are 4 to 9 p.m. Sunday and will be scheduled by the hour. Please e-mail eptheater@rocketmail.com to pick a time slot. Those without a scheduled audition will be seen after those who have scheduled. “Of Mice and Men,SDRq by John Steinbeck. Ashtabula Arts Center, 2928 W. 13th St., Ashtabula. Auditions are from 5-8 p.m. Sunday and Monday. Parts are available for one woman age 19-and-up and nine men ages 30 and up. Readings will be from the script. Performances: Nov. 5-7 and 11-13. Questions should be directed to znita@hotmail.com.

“The Brementown Musicians,SDRq directed by Terri Wilkes will be performed by Youngstown Playhouse Youth Theatre at Youngstown Playhouse, 300 Playhouse Lane, Youngstown. Auditions will be at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday and next Thursday. Need males and females age 10 and up and adults of all ages. Actors do not need to sing or play musical instruments but must be able to stomp their feet and clap their hands. Auditioners should bring a wallet-size photo and will be asked to read from the script. Rehearsals will be from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Performances are Oct. 2, 3, 9, 10 in the Moyer Room. 330-788-8739.
