WRTA board has first meeting in its new administration building Thursday

YOUNGSTOWN — The Western Reserve Transit Authority Board of Trustees meets at 3 p.m. Thursday. The board is expected to award contracts for work at Federal station on the driveway, sidewalk and shelters.

The meeting also will be the first time that trustees have met in the new administration building at 604 Mahoning Ave. which was paid for by federal stimulus money.
