March Against Crime and Blight in Youngstown on Tuesday

The Alliance for Congregational Transformation Influencing Our Neighborhoods and Seventh Ward Councilman John Swierz will lead a “March Against Crime and Blight” on Youngstown’s south side at 5 p.m. Tuesday. Participants will gather at the Bread of Life Church at the corner of Gibson Street and Cameron Avenue.

The march is scheduled to move along Mabel Street and East Pasadena and Cameron avenues.

“We believe this march will send a clear message that we stand against crime and blight in this and all areas of the city,” said Dorina Shine, chairperson of ACTION’s Crime and Safety Committee.
