What: The Northside Farmers Market. Local vendors sell a variety of fruits, vegetables, other foods and items.

When: 9 a.m. to noon Saturdays through Oct. 9.

Where: The Unitarian Universalist Church, 1105 Elm St., on the North Side. It also is from noon to 3 p.m. Tuesdays through Oct. 12 in Central Square downtown.

Cost: Free.
