Dinner honors Mr., Mrs. Valerio on 50th jubilee

CAMPBELL

Mr. and Mrs. Anthony D. Valerio of Campbell celebrated the 50th anniversary of their wedding in the company of family members and friends on Aug. 7 during a dinner at Michael Alberini’s in Boardman.

The former Elaine Bond and Mr. Valerio were married Aug. 6, 1960, and renewed their vows during the anniversary celebration in the presence of the Rev. Michael A. Swierz, pastor of St. Joseph the Provider Church, where they are members.

The couple are the parents of Linda Price-Appelwick of Heath, Texas, and Melanie Valerio of Santa Monica, Calif., and the grandparents of Matthew Price of Heath.

Mrs. Valerio is employed by Delphi/GM Packard Electric. Mr. Valerio served with the U.S. Air Force and is retired from the U.S. Postal Service in Youngstown.
