Finance

Joseph King recently joined the lending team at Huntington Bancshares Howland office as a mortgage loan officer. In this role, King is responsible for the origination of residential, conventional, Federal Housing Administration and Veterans Affairs mortgages and advising clients on mortgage options and financial products. Before joining Huntington, King served as a mortgage loan officer for Bank of America Home Loans and Countrywide Home Loans. He has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Kent State University.

Cortland Savings and Banking Company has added three new vice presidents of commercial lending. Nick Berardino, who specializes in owner-occupied businesses, will work out of the bank’s Boardman branch in Victor Hills Plaza. Before joining the company, Berardino was a vice president and commercial loan officer with Home Savings & Loan Company in Youngstown. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business management and finance from Mount Union College.

Stanley Magielski will join the bank’s Warren branch, and also work out of the Boardman Victor Hills Plaza location. Before joining the company, Magielski was a commercial lending officer for Home Savings & Loan Company in Youngstown. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Youngstown State University.

Joseph Marino, who specializes in Small Business Administration lending and commercial real estate, will work from the bank’s locations in Mantua and Middlefield. Before joining Cortland Savings and Banking, Marino was a commercial loan officer with Park View Federal in Cleveland. He earned a bachelor’s degree in financial resource management from Ohio State University.

Health Care

Susan Bleggi has been named assistant wellness director at Copeland Oaks, a retirement community in Sebring. Bleggi is certified in Zumba instruction, mat science, personal training, resistance training, yoga and group exercise instruction. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Youngstown State University.
