Benefit festival in plaza parking lot

AUSTINTOWN

A music festival in the Austintown Plaza parking lot from 1 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday will raise money for several area residents. It will include performances by Keywest Express, Common Ground, Dueling Pianos, Rocck Children’s Choir and the Sun Kings. Money will help the medical needs of the Hogan family, Ed Needs a Miracle, the Brittany Sandor family and Brett Wilcox. A beach atmosphere will be created by American Beauty Landscaping. There also will be activities for kids during the day, and food and drink will be available. Bring lawn chairs. A $5 donation for entry will be collected from those over age 10. Celebrity bartenders will include State Sen. Joe Schiavoni and Austintown trustees Jim Davis, Lisa Oles and Dave Ditzler. Vendor space is still available; call Christian Rinehart at 440-339-5931.
