LANCASTER, Pa. (AP) — A teenage woman from central Pennsylvania is facing vehicular homicide charges after police say she was driving drunk when she caused a crash that killed her passenger.

West Hempfield Township police on Tuesday charged 19-year-old Tiffany Shoff with homicide by vehicle, driving under the influence and other counts.

Investigators say Shoff had a blood-alcohol content of 0.12 at the time of last month’s crash that killed 20-year-old Andrew Wagner. They say Shoff as speeding when lost control of her car while passing another vehicle and struck a utility pole and tree.
