A second man charged in connection with a disorderly crowd at a homicide scene was arraigned Tuesday in Campbell Municipal Court.

David J. Cash II, 24, of Whipple Avenue is charged with inciting violence, aggravated menacing, misconduct at an emergency and inducing panic.

He was taken to the Mahoning County jail in lieu of $22,250 bail.

His brother, Andrei Cash, 22, also of Whipple Avenue, faces the same charges. He was arraigned Friday and is expected to appear in court again Friday for a pretrial and preliminary hearing.

David Cash is to appear Tuesday for his pretrial and preliminary hearing.

The two were among 60 to 80 people who came to the scene after Anthony Harrison, 20, of Chambers Street was shot and killed at 10:15 p.m. Aug. 6 as he walked home on Tremble Avenue after attending a church festival.

Police said people in the crowd, made up mostly of Harrison’s friends and relatives, made threats and argued with police.

Campbell police said they called in police from five neighboring jurisdictions for backup.
