The Tennessee Williams’ drama “Cat on a Hot Tin Roof” will open Friday at the Annex Theater of New Castle Playhouse, 212 E. Long Ave. The show, directed by Lester Malizia, will run for nine performances: Friday, Saturday and Aug. 22; Aug. 27-29; and Sept. 3-5. Dance champions to give lessons
