Pirates lose seventh straight
HOUSTON
Pinch-hitter Pedro Feliz hit a two-run double in Houston’s four-run sixth inning and the Astros extended the Pittsburgh Pirates’ skid to seven games with an 8-2 victory Sunday.
Hunter Pence and Chris Johnson had three hits apiece for Houston, which trailed 2-1 after five innings. Jeff Keppinger had two RBIs.
J.A. Happ (3-1) allowed two runs and three hits in six innings to improve to 2-1 in four starts since he was acquired from Philadelphia in the Roy Oswalt trade.
