L.U.N.A. events are scheduled

YOUNGSTOWN

L.U.N.A. has scheduled two upcoming events.

The program Preserving Your Hispanic Heritage will take place from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Aug. 26 at Youngstown State University’s Smith Hall, 318 Fifth Ave.

The featured speaker will be Dr. Sherry Linkon, co-director of the Center for Working Class Studies.

A scholarship fundraiser is set for 6 to 10 p.m. Sept. 10 at the O.C.C.H.A. Hall, 3660 Shirley Road. There will be a wine taste, Hispanic cuisine and music.
