Laura Shaffer to be bride of Joshua Campos

HERMITAGE, Pa.

A late-summer wedding is planned by Laura Jane Shaffer and Joshua Stephen Campos, both of New York City, whose engagement is announced by her parents, Dr. and Mrs. Larry Shaffer of Hermitage.

The future groom is a son of Stephen Campos of Miami and Joanne Megeath of Orlando.

Invitations are being extended for the 4 p.m. Sept. 5 wedding in Christ Chapel at Riverside Church in New York and for a reception to follow at Locanda Verde, also in New York.

Miss Shaffer graduated from the College of Wooster with a bachelor’s degree in international relations and from the London School of Economics in London with a master’s in development. She is director of shareholder activities with The Nathan Cummings Foundation in New York.

Mr. Campos is employed in the financial services division of the Ford Foundation in New York. He graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in finance and will graduate in December from New York University Stern School of Business with a master’s degree in quantitative finance.
