“Class” (9 p.m., Hallmark): In this new TV film, a rich law student (Justin Bruening) is insulted when he’s assigned to help a single mom (Jodi Lyn O’Keefe) find a job as part of a public-advocacy course. But something tells us she’ll eventually melt his frozen little heart.

“Community Connection” (6:30 a.m. Sunday, WFMJ Channel 21; and 10 a.m. Tuesday on Time Warner Cable community access channel): Pilgrim Baptist Church in Struthers will have its second Community Health Fair next Saturday. Patricia Greene will join host Madonna Chism Pinkard to discuss the event and the organizations that will participate, and share how the community can get involved.

Next, Youngstown native Stan Foster, film director and producer, will discuss the success of his first movie, “Preacher’s Kid,” and share information about his next movie, “Car Wash,” a sequel to the hit movie of the ’70s.

“Sunday Morning with Dee” (8 a.m. Sunday, WKBN-TV 27): This week’s guests are Stephanie Shaw and Joel Ratner of One Voice: Eastern Ohio P-16 Partnership for Education. They will discuss an initiative to consider a new approach for better student outcomes in Columbiana, Ashtabula, Mahoning and Trumbull counties.

“Increase the Peace” (6:30 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. Sunday, MyYTV): This week’s guests are Bishop Lillie North and Minister Ollie Williams from the Interdenominational Clergy of Women Association. They will discuss the organization’s third annual dinner, which takes place Aug. 28.

Gospel music star Parker in concert

Southern Gospel music artist Ivan Parker will perform at the Renaissance Family Center at 7 p.m. Sept. 11. Parker and Gold City had 19 gospel music hits and won a Dove Award in 1993.
