Theft: A lawn mower was among the items stolen from a residence in the 1700 block of Coit Road.

Drug paraphernalia: While investigating a vehicular accident near U.S. Route 224 and Luteran Lane, officers charged 35-year-old Mark R. Reefer, 7007 Clingan Road, Poland, with operating a vehicle impaired and possession of drug paraphernalia.
