Jessica Lunt of Hubbard is one of the young women from the Mahoning Valley who will be competing in the Nationals 2010 Miss Teen/Cleveland/Akron/Youngstown pageant Sunday at Independence High School in Independence.

Lunt will be competing for a share of thousands of dollars in prizes and specialty gifts in the Miss Teen Division, one of four divisions for young ladies between the ages of 7-19 who will be competing in modeling in casual and formal wear routines.

She will also display her personality and interviewing skills while interviewing with this year’s judging panel. Personality is the main aspect on which each contestant is judged during the competition.

If Lunt wins the title of Miss Teen /Cleveland/Akron/Youngstown, she will represent the area at the Cities of America National Competition in Orlando, where more than $60,000 in prizes and awards will be presented. Each winner will receive an expenses-paid trip of five nights and six days in Orlando.

Lunt is a daughter of Roxanne Boccieri and a sophomore at Youngstown State University.
