Vexfest schedule

Vexfest begins at noon Sunday and ends around 2 a.m. The free, outdoor music festival is on West Federal Street, downtown Youngstown, between Phelps Street and Wick Avenue. Continuous music will be presented on two outdoor stages and inside at Barley’s and Downtown 36.
