2 men accused of cheating at casino blackjack

WILKES-BARRE, Pa. (AP) — State police say two men are charged separately after authorities caught them cheating at blackjack at a Pennsylvania casino.

The arrests came this week at Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs casino near Wilkes-Barre.

Both are accused of “capping” bets within hours of each other; that’s trying to add chips to wagers after being dealt a winning hand.

State police say 56-year-old Scranton resident Tjandra M. Wijono was arrested Tuesday and charged with four counts of fraudulent scheme.

Thirty-two-year-old Scranton resident Le Rain was arrested Wednesday and charged with theft by deception.

It wasn’t immediately clear if either man had obtained an attorney.
