The Beaver Township Park Board will have its Trash and Treasure Sale on Saturday, and the deadline to register has been extended until today.

The cost of renting a place at the sale is $20. To make a reservation, contact the park board at 330-549-9552.

Set-up for the Trash and Treasure Sale begins at 7 a.m. Saturday, and the sale is from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Library book sale

Friends of Rodman Public Library, 215 E. Broadway St., Alliance, will have a used-book sale at the library. The public sale will be 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. today and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday. Tickets on sale

USA Dance will have a “Big Fat Greek Wedding” dance, dinner and show Aug. 22 at the Orthodox Center, 1025 N. Belle Vista Ave., Youngstown.

The doors open at 2:30 p.m. Stephen Sobat, of Studio One, will give a rumba lesson from 3 to 3:50 p.m. There will be Greek dance lessons at 4. Dinner will be served at 5:30 p.m.

Minas Katsantouris and Rachel Neilson, ballroom-dance champions, will be featured.
