B-17 flights and tours

Details for tours of the B-17 Flying Fortress today and tomorrow, sponsored by the Experimental Aircraft Association.

What: Public tours of the WWII B-17G Flying Fortress, “Aluminum Overcast” sponsored by the EAA.

When: Today and Wednesday from 10:15 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. Flights will run every 45 minutes and must have a minimum of six passengers. All flights are weather permitting.

Where: Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport in Vienna.

How much: $425 for non-EAA members; $385 for members.

Walking tours

When: Today and Wednesday from 2 to 5 p.m.

How much: $5 per person or $15 per family. Children under 8 are free, but they must be accompanied by an adult. Free to all active military or veterans.
