Parents reveal date for Johnson, Baker wedding

The engagement and plans for the upcoming marriage of Toni Johnson, daughter of Lloyd and Shirley Johnson of New Middletown, and Ryan Baker, son of Jack and Sue Baker of Canfield, are being announced by the parents.

The couple have chosen Oct. 2 for their 2:30 p.m. wedding at Zion Lutheran Church in Cornersburg. Invitations will be extended for the ceremony and for a reception that evening at St. Mary’s Assumption Social Center in Youngstown.

The bride-to-be graduated from Youngstown State University with an associate degree in applied science. She is a preschool teacher at Discover My World in Boardman.

Her fianc , a courier with FedEx Express in Youngstown, graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor’s degree in business management.
