Poland woman charged with drug trafficking has long criminal history

The Mahoning Valley Law Enforcement Task Force arrested a 57-year-old woman with a lengthy prison record reaching to the Bronx on drug-trafficking charges.

Ragan, who listed a North Main Street address in the village, about 12:30 p.m. Friday at her home. She is charged with two felony counts of trafficking in the prescription drug

Suboxone, a painkiller.

Lees said Ragan also is known as Angela Ortiz. He said one of the trafficking charges accuses her of selling the drug within 1,000 feet of Poland North Elementary School, which would make the charge more severe.
