Laurie-Packo engagement is announced

The engagement of Amanda Christine Laurie and Sean Michael Packo, both of Mineral Ridge, is being announced.

The couple plan to be married in a 1:30 p.m. private ceremony Sept. 4 at St. Anthony Church, Youngstown. Invitations will be extended for an evening reception at Julia’s Bed and Breakfast in Hubbard.

The bride-elect graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She is employed at Forum Health Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Warren as a registered nurse in the intensive care unit.

The prospective groom is employed as a warehouseman for Superior Beverage in Austintown.
