Hubbard Library plans art program

Hubbard Public Library will present an arts program Tuesday for children ages 7-13. Participants will do a craft and create a vision board that serves as an illustration of individual goals and dreams. A talk on an arts-related book will be included, and snacks will be served. Participants are asked to sign up by Saturday by calling 330-534-3512, ext. 4.
