St. Luke School’s preschool through fourth-grade students received hands-on instruction on dental care, nutrition, exercise and keeping healthy during the school’s wellness plan Scrubba-Dubba-Vegge-Thinker-Cising.

The program was presented by Andrea Firth from St. Mary’s University (Ind.) and featured activities to help students develop healthy living habits.

To make it even more fun for the children, first-grade teacher Lauren Fabrizio and fourth-grade teacher Anna Firth dressed up in toothpaste costumes to help stress the importance of dental hygiene.
