Report: Man arrested in NC was critical of Obama on Facebook

COSHOCTON, Ohio
A newspaper reports that a man arrested at a North Carolina airport who authorities say was armed and wanted to see President Barack Obama had questioned Obama’s citizenship on Facebook.
Postings purportedly made last year by 23-year-old Joseph Sean McVey also refer to Obama by his middle name, “Hussein.”
The Coshocton Tribune reported the postings Thursday. The newspaper said a source with access to McVey’s Facebook profile provided copies of screen shots.
Asheville Regional Airport Police Chief Jeff Augram said he is aware of the postings and that authorities are doing an exhaustive background check on the Ohio man arrested Sunday.
James Mills, an Asheville attorney representing McVey, said he had no comment.
McVey was charged with a misdemeanor and released on bond.
