Parents announce Rosser-Tobey engagement

The engagement of Kristen Rosser and Timothy Tobey, both of 2408 Hunter’s Ridge, Boardman, is announced by their parents.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Dave and Karyn Carosella of 133 Afton Ave., Boardman. She graduated from the Hair Academy in Austintown as a managing cosmetologist and is a hairstylist at Bella Sole De Spa and Salon in Boardman.

Her fianc , a son of Art and Peggy Tobey of Hubbard, graduated from the Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics with an associate degree in specialized technology. He is an aircraft maintenance supervisor for Winner Aviation in Vienna.

The couple will exchange vows at 2 p.m. June 26 in an open ceremony at Good Hope Lutheran Church in Boardman. Invitations will be extended for the evening reception at the Maronite Center in Youngstown.
