WYSU fund drive raises more than $106,000

YOUNGSTOWN — Radio station WYSU 88.5 FM raised $106,907 in its 40th anniversary spring pledge drive.

A total of 1,141 listeners contributed to the station during the one-week drive.

The weeklong fund drive featured many giveaways and other incentives and challenges, including a trip for two to Ireland. Listener Kim Jenkins of Hubbard won that prize.
