Lane restrictions on I-680 begin Tuesday

YOUNGSTOWN — Beginning Tuesday, Interstate 680 under state Route 711 will have various lane restrictions in the northbound direction between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. for bridge work.

The work is weather dependent. It’s part of a $4.3 million project to resurface about four miles of I-680 from state Route 11 to Steel Street.

The entire project is scheduled to be complete by late September.
