Katie Schnurrenberger, 1972 Clark Ave., Alliance, and Keith Arthurs, 11429 Crestline St., Beach City, were married at 4:30 p.m. Dec. 27 at Austintown Community Church. The Rev. David Roberts officiated.

After a reception at Avion on the Water in Canfield, the couple left for a wedding trip to Nemacolin Woodlands Resort and Spa. They will honeymoon this summer in Hawaii. They live in Alliance.

David and Karen Schnurrenberger, 5901 New Road, are parents of the bride, and the groom’s parents are Jeffrey and Diane Arthurs, 6332 S. Water St., Uhrichsville.

The bride’s halter-style satin gown was enhanced with platinum embroidery, sequins and beading and featured a basque waist and cathedral train.

Pine green gowns were worn by Sarah Herren, the honor attendant;, and the bridesmaids, Kristi Mangus, Julia Schnurrenberger and Jennifer Bronson. Flower girls were Madison Ridge and Katie Soughan.

Matthew Elvin was best man, and groomsmen were David and Daniel Schnurrenberger, and Scott Bronson. Ring bearers were Nathan Bronson and Jake Linesch. Also participating were Emily and Rachael Paul.

The bride graduated from Mount Union College in Alliance with a degree in middle childhood education, and from Ashland University with a master’s in school administration. She is a seventh-grade teacher with Lake Local Schools in Hartville.

The groom is a high school math teacher with Fairless Local Schools in Navarre. He earned a bachelor’s degree in secondary education/mathematics, an associate in engineering technology from Kent State University, and received a master’s in art of teaching from Marygrove College in Michigan.
