Hammer-Coffin wedding to be in Columbus

The engagement and upcoming marriage of Jana Marie Hammer and Justin Rea Coffin, both of Boardman, are being announced by their parents. The bride-elect is a daughter of Sue Hammer of Hamler and the late Greg Hammer. Mr. Coffin is a son of Scott and Jenny Kennedy of New Springfield.

The couple have chosen June 26 for their 2 p.m. wedding in St. Catharine’s Catholic Church in Columbus. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and for their reception that evening at The Westin, also in Columbus.

Miss Hammer graduated from Bluffton University with a degree in English and minor in writing, and from Capital University Law School in Columbus. She passed her bar examination in 2009.

Mr. Coffin is a teacher at an elementary school in Youngstown. He graduated from Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education.
