Ursuline to induct HOF class Thursday

YOUNGSTOWN

Ursuline High School will induct a new class into its Athletic Hall of Fame on Thursday, April 29, at Our Lady of Mount Carmel.

Since 1975, Ursuline has recognized those alumni and friends who have distinguished themselves as Ursuline athletes or as contributors to the overall athletic program.

The 2010 induction class is John Boccieri (class of 1988), baseball; Frank D’Alesio (’83), football; Joni DePiore Reardon (’93), basketball, Cathy Hanek (2000), basketball; Joel Howard (’94), basketball; Dr. Jim Kerrigan (’73), football; Bernie McGuinness (’97), football; Rev. Richard Murphy (’72), honorary (contributions); Sean Penny (’97), football, and Rollen T. Smith, Jr., honorary (coaching).

Cocktails will be served at 6 p.m., with dinner at 6:30.
