Man killed in Pa. grader accident ID'ed


PULASKI, Pa. — A Pennsylvania Department of Transportation worker who was killed in a roadwork accident has been identified.

Pulaski Township police said he is Richard Bentel, 42, of Ellwood City.

Pulaski Sgt. Chad Adams said workers were paving a part of state Route 551 north when the accident happened.

He said Bentel slipped and fell as a grader was moving forward, and the grader ran over him.

He said the death has been ruled accidental.
