Teens find body in Liberty

Two teenagers found the body of a man behind the former Perkins restaurant at 3632 Belmont Ave. on Wednesday, police said. The report said the boys saw the body in a fenced area while they were walking through a parking lot behind the building. Police believe they know who the man is but did not positively identify him.

The body was taken by the Trumbull County coroner’s office. Police said they are waiting for the results of the coroner’s investigation.
