A city woman was robbed at knife point early Sunday.
The 35-year-old victim told police she was walking on Oak Street about 12:15 a.m. Sunday when a man wearing a red and white jacket approached her.
She said the man brandished a small knife and demanded her cell phone and debit card.
After taking her possessions, he fled on foot east on Oak Street and then got into a red car and drove away, according to a police report.
Officers are investigating.
Prayer breakfast

Youngstown Mayor Jay Williams and McDonald Mayor Glenn Holmes will co-host a prayer breakfast for Ohio Treasurer Kevin L. Boyce from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at New Bethel Baptist Church, 1507 Hillman St.
Breakfast will be served at 9 a.m.

Electronics recycling
Lordstown
Do you have any old computers, monitors, ink jets or cell phones? The community is urged to bring electronics to the GM Lordstown Complex for Earth Day from 5 a.m. Thursday to 3 p.m. Friday.
Recycle the electronics by dropping them off at the bins stationed outside the entrances of Lordstown Complex East, 2300 Hallock Young Road, or Lordstown Complex West, 2369 Ellsworth-Bailey Road.
No TVs or major household appliances will be accepted.
All proceeds benefit the United Way and the Down Syndrome Association of the Valley.
Medical recycling

The UPMC Horizon Medical Equipment Recycling Program will have an equipment drive Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Shenango Valley Mall as part of the mall’s Earth Day celebration.
Equipment accepted during the drive will include wheelchairs, walkers, canes, bedside commodes, shower chairs, tub transfer benches, crutches, transfer boards, reachers and commode risers.
