Austintown Optimist Club plans event

The great taste: Wines to be available for sampling at the 5th annual wine taste sponsored by Austintown Optimist Club from 7 to 10 p.m. April 23 at the Saxon Club, 710 S. Meridian Road, are approved by Richard and Nancy Stoy, club members. In addition to a selection of wines, a variety of hot and cold hors d’oeuvres, pasta dishes, fruits, cheeses and pastries will be available. Advance tickets are $30, and tickets at the door are $35.
